The Big Easy is a melting pot of cultures, classes, arts and histories that often reaches boiling point. "Jesus Says Buy More Folk Art" showcases four self-taught artists from the city of saints - Sainte-James Boudrot and his obituary paintings, Charles Gillam's woodcarving's of blues players, Reginald Mitchell's wonderful paintings of New Orleans mansions and manor houses, and "Big" Al Taplet's colourful slogans on roofing slate.
